How are you today?

Doing good thanks.

What was the last song you listened to?

Where’s your favourite place to listen to music?

Airplanes during takeoffs or landings.

Is there an artist or album you listen to a lot we might not expect based on your mixes?

Fast-paced bass music. Lately I keep coming back to this one – that vocal sample just blows my mind every time.

Can you tell us a little about your Theory Therapy mix? What were you feeling when you made it? Where did you record it?

Inside my room. I guess it’s quite emotional? It’s really hard for me to express things through words and music quite often helps me share what I'm going through atm.

Where would you recommend listening to it?

Lying on the ground somewhere.

Theory Therapy mixes are about sharing the music that you personally find therapeutic, cathartic or restorative. What does that mean for you?

I think these are such significant words for my research as I always aim to create healing paths through my mixes.

Is there a particular album or piece of music that you find yourself returning to for similar reasons?

The answer has to be ‘Loveless by MBV’ or ‘The Glow Pt. 2 by Microphones’. Always felt so safe in those walls of sound.

Tell us something exciting that's coming up in your life, music or otherwise.

RN I’m working on  the release of my forthcoming album under Theory Therapy and co:clear, feeling v grateful for these sick talented folks involved in the process.
