Hey andrea. How are you today?

I'm doing well! Just enjoying some coffee on the porch with my dog.

What was the last song you listened to?

Pop 2 by GAS

Where’s your favourite place to listen to music?

Either headphones on in bed or hesdphones on while im sitting on the porch.

Is there an artist or album you listen to a lot we might not expect based on your mixes?

Probably either Sade or Chappell Roan, haha. I really love queer coded pop, but don’t get much of a chance to spin it. I just love music thats fun.

Can you tell us a little about your Theory Therapy mix? What were you feeling when you made it? Where did you record it?

This mix is all about feeling. From a feeling of euphoria to a feeling of nostalgia. I was very much in a contemplative mode when I made it. I recorded it in studio in the house my girlfriend and I live in. It’s very much a feeling of travel and nostalgia as well – a lot of the bassy tracks are what I played at a spot in Richmond, Virginia over the last week. The ambient leaning ones are tracks that remind me of loved ones.

Where would you recommend listening to it?

I would recommend listening to it wherever you feel most comfortable. It’s all about comfort and space. :)

Theory Therapy mixes are about sharing the music that you personally find therapeutic, cathartic or restorative. What does that mean for you?

For me, that is finding music that is personally therapeutic to you. These tracks are reflective of that. They all speak of a time and place and I wanted to emphasize that. Specifically the Ben Bondy and Autumn Pool tracks as they remind me of college and spending time with friends.

Is there a particular album or piece of music that you find yourself returning to for similar reasons?

Purelink’s latest release Signs for sure.

Tell us something exciting that's coming up in your life, music or otherwise.

I just moved to a new city and am working on a new ambient album for a label I’m really excited about :) Cant say much else but Im very appreciative of life right now.
