Joe: the channel run by “david chalé” on YouTube. essential if you’re digging for barely uploaded stuff from the twee/indie rock/dream pop scene in the 00s. i like to mark my digs by commenting on the tunes so if you see one reply to me and say what up.
Theo: barrett avner & organ tapes’ cover of fearless heart evokes that Spirit

Theory Therapy mixes are about sharing the music that you personally find therapeutic, cathartic or restorative. What does that mean for you?
Joe: to me, on its base level - energy transducers and sine waves thru the air - the existence of music is a miracle. i think in that way, all music is TCR (therapeutic, cathartic, restorative). this mix is a good example of that - i think even if in moments we are clanging a little or too turnt up, it is bursting at the seams w the energy of two homies who are very excited to be playing songs for one another.
Theo: music has made its home within my soul in a place im not sure i’ll ever reach or understand. It teaches me about myself. it is beautiful to share something personal like that
Is there a particular album or piece of music that you find yourself returning to for similar reasons?
Joe: to find peace.. i gotta be drinking on the low… mobbing on the low… the furthest thing from perfect…
Theo: what he said^^^
Tell us something exciting that's coming up in your life, music or otherwise.
Joe: im going perth to play some shows! n hopefully back overseas next year. + album early next year too :)
